My Business Philosophy:

I firmly believe in honesty, integrity and meeting the needs of my business clients.  If, for example, I can not do
a specific operation or job, I will let you know that I can't do it as a matter of principal.

In the past, I have worked as an employee for quite a few companies that their salesmen or owners will say they
can do a job, just to get a contract and later can't fulfill their obligations to their client for lack of equipment,
experience, time, etc.  This sort of business practice is extremely harmful for any company either well
established or new in the field.  It does not take long to get a bad reputation as a machine shop, but,
it takes a long time to establish your company as a good one with a good reputation.

One of my main goals is to start up a Consortium to promote this area of Ohio.
This means, forwarding business to a company that either you don't
have the time to do, or can't do.  But, this is going to require
businesses to "trust" each other, and not "underbid"
the other guy just to gain a business advantage.

I also believe in long-term growth, not short-term gain just in the namesake of high profit.  This is a touchy
issue with Americans because businesses are greedy by nature.  This greed stems from our national
philosophy of capitalism.  I believe in making money, but I don't believe in being greedy or
flouting it in the face of a lot of people who for whatever reason can not.

I believe in giving people an honest and ethical business environment and they will appreciate it a lot more.
